Royal Garden Apartments

This building has three apartments and is located in between the famous Principe Real square and the Praca das Flores, with many cafes, restaurants, and everything that makes Principe Real well known.

Royal Garden is the third floor (top floor) two bedroom apartment in our Principe Real building.  This newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is bright and sunny and has wonderful contemporary design and modern comfort.  Large windows, skyline views, high speed wifi, cable tv, a fully equipped modern kitchen and access to our private laundry facility are all included for your comfort.

Royal Lightness is the second floor two bedroom apartment in our Principe Real building.  This newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is bright and sunny and has full length windows that open to small balconies in front of the building.  You can see Praca das Flores at the end of the street.  The apartment is furnished with contemporary touches with a focus on comfort.  High speed wifi, cable tv, a fully equipped modern kitchen and access to our private laundry facility are all included for your comfort.

Royal Jasmin is the first floor two bedroom apartment in our Principe Real building.  This newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment has one queen size bed and the second bedroom has two top quality twin beds, so perfect for two people who want to sleep separately.  The apartment is furnished with wonderful contemporary decor and everything you will need to feel at home during your stay in Lisbon.  High speed wifi, cable tv, a fully equipped modern kitchen and access to our private laundry facility are all included for your comfort.

Royal Terrace Apartments

We have just converted this building in the Principe Real into two apartments. The first and second floor duplex holiday rental apartment (Royal Terrace) has a roof-top terrace with views over the city.

The ground floor vacation rental apartment, Royal Lovers, is a cosy nest for two. It features an outstanding kitchen and a queen-size bed.

Secret Garden I & II

Secret Garden I is situated next to the Praca das Flores in the central neighbourhood of Principe Real, with easy access to restaurants, cafes and all that Lisbon has to offer in nightlife. This is what Jean and Della had to say about their stay:

The apartment was exactly as posted, a small but very well designed modern space. Secret Garden II sleeps three. On the ground floor, it also has a terrace. Located less than 5 minutes walking from the Plaza do Príncipe Real and 10 minutes from Rossío, Plaza Luis de Camoes it is exceptionally convenient for the town centre

Lisbon Views

This is a quiet bright studio apartment with views over the skyline. Sleeping up to three guests, it is great value.

Unashamedly modern in style, Urban Jungle, also has a terrace, Wi-Fi, cable television and a stereo.

Catarina Terrace

Catarina Terrace is a two bedroom duplex holiday apartment for up to four guests. On the second floor of a quiet building, it in the heart of the Santa Catarina neighbourhood.
