Two floor duplex apartment (80 square meters) located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a private Lisbon townhouse in the Bairro Alto/Principe Real neighborhood. Air conditioned and entirely renovated and furnished with contemporary items, this Lisbon apartment vacation rental is a rare Lisbon apartment and extremely good value. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom with bathtub and WC. 2nd floor bedroom has two twin beds with a contemporary Italian design glass bathroom and WC. Living room has a top quality queen size sleeper sofa, cable tv, and wifi throughout the apartment. There is a full kitchen, and washing machine and dryer. This beautiful Lisbon Penthouse has a private roof top terrace, which is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon drinks with great views of the Lisbon city line.

Me and my study group really enjoyed our stay in Bairro Alto. The apartment is very charming and has a perfect wiev over the city from the terrace on top and placed just in the middle of charming little bars and cosy restaurants. Glenn was very helpful with the practical stuff and even helped us doing our assignment, thanks
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon, The apartment was great, really light and airy and although compact was more space than we needed, would be suitable for a group or a couple with children. Although in an area with busy nightlife the shutters and the location on the top floor limited the majority of the noise. Glen, the host was keen to be as helpful as possible and although was not able to be there to greet us. provided a local guide book and a list of need to know. I would definitely go back and stay, maybe in the summer this time!
My daughter and I just returned from a week vacation in Lisbon. Our host Glenn was prompt and very helpful along the booking process, providing us with useful information about touring Lisbon. Glenn, a very fine young man, greeted us upon arrival, offered a tour of the apartment and as well as answered any questions we had. In addition, he was very responsive about answering our texts or phone calls with questions.
The apartment is wonderful and tastefully decorated. It has great views of the area, especially on the one of a kind terrace built by Glenn. It is located in the beautiful historic Barrio Alto with a lot of restaurants, boutiques, and sites to see. This area is great for dining out and bar hopping. In addition, you can hear the traditional Portuguese Fado music all around.
Overall, staying at this particular apartment definitely made the trip much better. It has the authentic feel of a European apartment that a hotel or resort just could not offer. I would highly recommend booking this place for your future trip to Lisbon.

This is a great spot to explore Lisbon from. It’s right in the heart of the Barrio Alto and close to the station which will take you out to the beaches. It’s a cleverly built space in old building so not for the less agile but superb value for money with a fantastic roof terrace where you can watch the sunset over the rooftops.
We (a family of four and my brother) enjoyed our stay in Luxury Laurel. The apartment is clean and has everything you need, from washer, dryer to pots and pans. The location is great, you can walk everywhere, it is close to restaurants, metro station, trams and sites. My two girls (aged 10 and 8) loved the upstairs bedroom and shower, it is their own private hangout.
Glenn is very nice and helpful. He greeted us the first day when we arrived. He has everything written step by step in a booklet. If I visit Portugal again, I would stay here again.
This was such a easy process – booking the Laurel Luxury for a girls trip. Glenn was very prompt when we had questions and went the extra mile to order the taxis for a early morning departure. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed eating and shopping in the area. The location was perfect as we could walk or it was near public transportation.
Laurel Luxury Appartment is a great lokation to stay for a visit in Lissabon. Eerything you need is nearby. The appartment ist nice and tidy and equipped wit a very nice roof terrace. Glenn ist a kindly, helpfull and reliable owner. We (two couples) had a great time in Lissabon.
The apartment is clean, tidy and spacious enough for a family of four.
The great view from the roof terrace and walking distance from public transportation and good restaurants are a definite plus.
Glenn is a very kind and caring host.
My teenaged son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights at the end of June/beginning of July. It was perfect in many ways and I am now completely sold on the concept.
Here is what I loved:
A separate floor with twin beds for my son so he could have some privacy – renting two hotel rooms for that type of privacy makes the economics obvious!
Having a washer and dryer!
Loved feeling like a local in a local neighborhood and not like a tourist in a touristy neighborhood
Having the phone number of Glenn who totally acted as concierge whenever we had a question – he even ordered our cab for a 6am pickup as I wasn’t sure how to get one on the street at that hour.
Arranged for us to be able to check on 4 hours early when I sent him our arrival information
View from the terrace was stunning and I used it every evening!
A couple and two older children could easily stay here and not feel cramped (the stairs to the twin beds upstairs might not be suitable for young feet though).

A sweet little apartment in a perfect location – clean and well equipped, with a fantastic view from the roof terrace. Glenn was very helpful by phone and email despite being out of the country during our visit. I thoroughly recommend it!
