What are your terms and conditions for rentals?

You can see our rental agreement here. You will be asked to sign and return a copy of this agreement to confirm your Lisbon apartment rental.

Do you have a minimum rental for your Lisbon apartments? Do you only accept weekly or monthly reservations? Do we receive discounts for stays of more than one week?

We do have a one week minimum rental for all apartments. The weekly rates are listed on each apartment’s individual description page. If you reserve for more than a week, we simply prorate the additional nights at the weekly rate. We then have a slight discount for two week rentals, three week rentals, and a more significant discount for a monthly rental. We also offer discounts for last minute reservations.
